“Growing up in poverty taught me resilience and optimism, while my time as a public school teacher revealed the critical need for holistic education—nurturing the mind, body, and spirit. After leaving the classroom to seek a more fulfilling approach to learning, I discovered the power of addressing the whole person, whether in schools, families, or organizations.

Pursuing my PhD in Organizational Leadership has given me a new purpose in my journey, allowing me to combine my lifelong passion for education with a growing love for leadership practices. This path, shaped by my years as an educator, has deepened my commitment to creating transformative learning experiences that help employees find meaning and purpose in their work.
